Your order will be handled promptly and the processing could take 1-3 business days before shipping if required.
Order confirmation and tracking information will be delivered to your email. Please check your order in the email confirmation including items and shipping address. Please check all of your email folders for the information.
Order cancellation, change of delivery address, change of color may not be allowed after placing an order. Please check with us for changes of your order.

In case of return?
Each product has different return information, please check it in the product page in the website.
Defective items will be replaced or refunded after we inspect upon return of the product.
As in the each product page of the website, some items or conditions are not refundable.
Hair Pieces, Braids, Extensions, Characters wigs or some costume wigs are returnable & refundable only for defective items.
In most cases, 30% return charges, original and return shipping costs are not refundable except defective items.
All returns require RMA before returning the product for refund. Please email or contact us for RMA# before returning the item. Please specify order # and the reason of return.
All claims must be made within 5 days from the receipt of the goods.
Returning products should be made within 7 days for refund after valid RMA# is given.
All products are shipped from US locations. One order might have one or more shipments.
Beauty/Hair items are shipped by USPS Priority service or UPS Ground. Deliveries take 3-5 business days depending on regions in contiguous US.
- This is NOT a Priority Express shipping.
- We cannot guarantee delivery days.
- Deliveries during peak seasons may take longer than expected.
- Orders over $300 may require signature at the time of delivery.
FREE SHIPPING is only for domestic US regions. Other US regions could have additional charges. Please inquire shipping charges for other US regions.
We do not ship to international regions.
Lost or damaged goods in transit are covered by the carrier and the processing may take a few or more weeks depending on the carrier.
Do I have to pay tax?
If your ship-to address is in Texas, 8.25% or the current Texas tax rate is charged.
We try our best to keep the inventory current but items could be out of stock without notice.
We’ll cancel the order and refund the full amount for out of stock items unless back order is notified by customer.
Store credit & coupon?
Store credit and coupon expire within certain periods.
Store credit and coupon are not cash redeemable.
Store credit can be used for next purchases only.
